mirDNN

mirDNN is a deep-learning based method for pre-miRNA prediction based on the RNA sequence. This demo uses a pre-trained model, with animals or plants known pre-miRNAs, to predict new candidate sequences. If a fasta file is provided, a list of scores for each sequence within the file is returned. If an unique sequence is provided, the output will be the prediction score and the importance given by mirDNN to each nucleotide for the classification decision.
